Have you ever discovered the hidden beauty of an old book? In the CréaLivre workshop you will give new life to books and magazines we make available. Without any experience in drawing or painting, you will create unique works of art. While being creative, you will enjoy a cozy atmosphere where we create and inspire together.
What to Expect
During the workshop you will:
- Experiment with techniques: Cut, paste, paint, and embroider – discover different ways to breathe new life into the pages of the book.
- Creating Found Poetry: Dive into the text of the book and discover inspiring, funny or poetic phrases. You’ll learn how to reorder these words to create your own poems.
- Visual storytelling: Create collages and bring color and shape to your book. Use images and text to express your message or feelings.
- Free creativity: Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. It’s all about having fun in the process of creating and exploring your unique style.
Language and Theme
A variety of books and journals in different languages will be available during the workshop, giving you the freedom to work with text and images that appeal to you. Let your creativity flow by exploring themes such as Nature, Dreams, Travel, Memories, Health and Happiness.
