In this workshop we not only connect the spiritual energy of the full moon with mandala drawing, but also place an emphasis on santé and féminité. We explore how mandalas can help promote self-care, emotional healing and the celebration of feminine power. During the workshop we will create a space where feminine energy can flow, and where you can embrace your intuition and creativity.
What are we going to do?
- You will work on a round canvas of ø 40 cm to create a mandala, using acrylic paint as a base and various materials such as fabric, yarn, wool and felt for a unique work of art.
- Learn the meaning of different colors and patterns you can use to enhance your mandala.
- Take time to observe your mandala and become aware of the insights it evokes.
- Discover how to integrate crystals into your mandala to amplify the full lunar energy and channel your intentions.
What to expect.
- The full moon is a time of manifestation. While drawing your mandala you reflect on your goals.
- The mandala symbolizes wholeness and completion. As you draw, you visualize balance in your life.
- This phase is also perfect for releasing old patterns. Integrate this into your mandala by adding elements you want to release.
- Drawing mandalas is a form of active meditation that helps you get in touch with your intuition and find inner peace.
- The full moon amplifies emotions. Mandala drawing helps you process and harmonize these emotions.
